Blue Whale Developers

Zait Icon

The Zait Icon residential building provides modern living spaces designed as per Vastu standards. The project sits on a 300 sq yds site and accomodates a total of 8 2-bhk apartments with dedicated parking in the basement and commercial spaces on the ground floor. The apartment is located at Manikonda, a developing residential and commercial zone just minutes away from the Hitec City. A21 Studios provided it's full range of Architecture Services for the project.

Blue Whale Developers looked to A21 to seamlessly combine its workplace and real estate operations on a single floor at the owner's residence at Banjara Hills. We aimed to create a welcoming environment for both its employees and property buyers, keeping them on the same level but separating each from the other with division of spaces.

This Bangalore residence gave us the opportunity to go full modern by using perforated walls and sliding louvers over windows, unlike other typical homes in the Country. We designed the complete exterior façade with material specifications and lighting design for the project.
