As part of Non-governmental organizations fundraising functions, proposal development and writing are at the core. Astrasso supports organizations to write and develop well researched and articulate proposals that are in tandem with multiple donor requirements ranging from USAID, UN, FCDO, European Union, SIDA, DANIDA, IDRC, and Europe Aid among others. Astrasso will support your organization to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Calls for Expression of Interest (CFEOI), Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI), Request for Information (RFI) and offer all-round grant writing services including concept note development, preparing logic models or results framework among others. As part of this service, Astrasso develops and writes proposals that cover several thematic areas spanning from WASH, Livelihoods, Education, Environmental Protection, Sustainable Peace, Reconciliation and Development, Democracy, Human Rights and Gender Equality and Women Empowerment as Cross-Cutting issue. Capacity Development, Enhancement and Training

As donor organizations strive to adhere to commitments made as part of the Grand Bargain Agreement, local actors are expected to have the capacity and expertise to handle increased donor funding. Towards this end, Astrasso will conduct capacity assessments for organizations and develop appropriate capacity building and technical enhancement programs to support local actors to improve and enhance their delivery capabilities to meet donor/ funding partner requirements.

Grants Management

As organizations start receiving funding from multiple donors and funding partners, there is always the danger of organizations getting overwhelmed and thus find it difficult to keep tabs on active grants and all the requirements from the different donors. This process is usually involving and includes numerous tasks. Astrasso will support organizations with the processes and methods that they have to go through to oversee grants. This service shall incorporate every part of a grant’s lifecycle, from pre-award through post-award grant closeout. This process is usually involving and includes numerous tasks which Astrasso shall oversee on behalf of its clients. Services offered include: 1. Contracting Support 2. Documentation 3. Reporting 4.
