Areedouffcio is a dynamic company dedicated to office furniture design, implementation, and contracting. AU engaged ATP to provide architectural services for the development of their new headquarters.
Challenges:
One of the primary challenges was working with a very narrow and defined plot and an existing foundation. Additionally, the project had a very fixed budget that needed to be strictly adhered to. Finally, the goal was to create something iconic and linked to the design, while also ensuring the building was sustainable and functional.
Collaboration:
ATP adopted a very straightforward and easy approach in collaborating with AU, which facilitated a smooth and efficient working relationship. Full trust was given to ATP by AU, significantly contributing to the project's success. This trust allowed ATP to execute their vision without unnecessary obstacles, ensuring a seamless workflow from concept to completion.
Impact and Recognition:
The project was selected as part of the "Best Young Italian Architects" in 2014 due to its high-quality design, strong identity, and exceptional sustainability features. ATP's ability to create a building that not only stood out architecturally but also responded to sustainability challenges was a key factor in receiving this recognition.
ATP provided a full design scope, from concept to supervision, and successfully delivered the project on time. The recognition has significantly enhanced ATP's reputation, showcasing its capacity to deliver outstanding and innovative architectural solutions within strict constraints.
