Remote Support

Support via Anydesk Remote Support. R250 fixed price per hour for any problem regarding the following. Renewal of licensed software eg. Antivirus, Office365 & any other software related issue. We also make sure the client is up to date with the latest windows updates.

R 250 - R 999 Per Project

Building Of Custom Computers

We offer professional services for building custom computers. Build times takes around 1-2 Working days. The following services are included. Testing of components to unsure 100% satisfactory. Free stress testing & updates to the latest version. Results will be emailed before computer is shipped to client.

R 400 Per Project

Diagnostics / Fault Finding

Any issues regarding hardware on any desktop or laptop will be inspected. Basic labour fee of R300 will be charged on inspecting any machine. After problem has been identified a quote will be send to the client if parts needs to be replaced. All devices will receive a free service when collected.
