Family Style service is a unique choice for weddings and specialty events with moderate guest counts. Your guest will have a very sophisticated and intimate setting where guests have the opportunity to share & have table conversations. You will have a choice of 3 entrées selections & 3 side selections. Guests are served by our professional waitstaff creating a magnificent catering experience. All packages includes our experienced staffing, standard chinaware, silver flatware, and crystal water goblets, salt & pepper, coffee service and serving utensils. All head counts must include onsite vendors. Additional guests may be added per our policy guidelines. What's also included: * Dedicated server to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for you and your guests * Full table settings that include elegant glassware, enhancing the overall ambiance of your event. Private chef services requires that the chef arrives to a designated location, by the client, to prepares meals by the standards of the state and local health department. Chef will purchase all food items prior, unless otherwise stated by the client. Please allow kitchen availability at least 2 hours prior to the event.
