Costing given in this proposal is exclusive of GST. Applicable GST charges will be charged to the customer as applicable. For SEZ customers who are exempted from GST, LUT copy will besubmitted.
This proposal is valid for two weeks from DOP.
In case of 5% hike in the diesel prices from the date of our agreement, transportation prices will be increased accordingly. And vice versa in case of 5% decrease in the diesel prices I.e, Croma Travels will decrease the prices accordingly.
Buses price given on disposal basis proposal may increase as per the demand in themarket.
Payment should be made within 30days from the date of submitting the hard copy of the invoices.
Any adhoc requests must be intimated before 4 hrs prior requiring the cab.
Kms and time calculation starts and ends @ our office/garage.
Night driver bata(For both outstation & local) is applicable, if the vehicle is driven b/w 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM I.e, Driver bata here will be same for both night bata and the day bata.
Interstate permit, tax charges, toll, parking will be charged @ actual.
Trip sheet: Please do not sign on the blank trip sheet, if the details such as open and close meter readings are missing
We do not collect any details from the customer.
