1- Supply & application of Polyurethane foam spray from 3mm to 7mm (40-44 kg/ mᶾ) with U-Value of 0.36 W/m²k and Thermal Conductivity 0.03 W/(m K) including vertical up stand to maximum 250mm. (BASF- Made in Germany , HuntMan- Made in USA, BUYER , BALBAQI)
2- Supply & application of POLYCOAT RBE Rubberized Liquid Protection Coat over the entire foam area.
3- Supply & application of one layer of Geotextile 120 gsm filter layer over the specific area.
4- Supply & application of flexible board, expansion joint filler board in a slope panels.
5- Supply & application of flexible board, expansion joint filler board in a slope & 2 x 3 m panels.
6- Supply and application of Poly Sulphide sealant with Backing Rod into groove.
7- Making of 150*150mm angle fillet and application of Fabric reinforcement with acrylic coating over the angle fillet (Skirting).
8- Supply and application of a final and finishing layer of Acrylic Coating with 900-1100 mic. thickness.
