NGP Neutron Grant Project Dashboard Integration

Client Requirement and Expectations: * Integrate grant metrics from Google Sheets into the existing Webflow website dashboard for NGP Neutron. * Display key performance indicators, including: * Total grants approved. * Financial Analysis * Monthly grant applications received and approved. * Detailed transaction history related to grants. * and many more Description of What Work Done: * Collaborated with my friend’s team to understand the existing dashboard layout and client requirements for metric integration. * Leveraged Make.com (formerly Integromat) to create an automation workflow that syncs data from Google Sheets to the Webflow dashboard seamlessly. * Set up triggers in Make.com to ensure that any updates in Google Sheets are reflected in real-time on the dashboard without manual intervention. * Configured data mapping between Google Sheets and Webflow, ensuring accurate representation of all required metrics on the site. * Conducted testing of the automation process to verify accuracy and reliability, ensuring that all metrics were displayed correctly on the dashboard. * Provided documentation and support for ongoing maintenance of the automated system.

Specifically, they needed workflows that would create new purchases when a user successfully buys a plan and update the purchase status to "Paid Successfully" after payment confirmation. Description of What Work Done: The project involved: * Developing two key workflows using Make.com: one for creating new purchases in Sisu CRM upon successful plan purchase, and another for updating the purchase status after payment confirmation. * Extracting relevant data from the Webflow website and ensuring it was accurately reflected in Sisu CRM. * Implementing triggers to automate these processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual entry.
