Employment Policy development

Pilates Fitness is an upcoming pilates studio based in Gaborone that needed to have an HR policy developed for their staff as well as new contracts that were fully compliant with the current labor laws. The majority of the project was developing their staff handbook & contracts. This was between June-October 2021. I'm now available for them on an ad-hoc basis for any other contractual/corporate governance issues that may arise for them.
