Diffused Aeration System supplied in 2011 in just one tank. Based on the outstanding results beyond their expectation, they have placed orders for remaining three tanks in subsequent years. Since 2013 till 2019 they have not replaced even a single diffuser. In 2019 only 20% of diffusers were replaced.

After trying with three diffused aeration systems of other suppliers, which failed within a month to 6 months, they were not willing to go for another chance. With lot of persuasion ECOSAFE Diffused Aeration was installed in one tank in 2013 on trial basis. Within hours of installation they could see the difference - the effluent with settled black septic sludge turned into brownish active biomass. Immediately they have proposed for Ecosafe Diffused Aeration System in the remaining 3 tanks by early 2015. In 2017, when their capacity increased and the influent doubled, they could still get the results by just increasing air supply and adding a few diffusers - without any additional tank - which would have otherwise been a necessity had they gone for other system. Ecosafe Solutions have become their most reliable supplier for Diffused Aeration System. Furthermore, in spite of not offering any guarantee for long life in Equalisation/Neutralisation tanks, they have opted to install Ecosafe Diffused Aeration System - indicating that they save a lot on power with our system, even if they have to replace diffusers frequently.

In this case, You pay ONLY for what you buy! However, some end-users would require guidance (design of the system - air requirement, number of diffusers/sets and the layout of diffusers in the system. For this you may procure (or just pay) for a set of diffusers and get the design calculations and layout sketch (and entire bill of materials, if required). Once the order is placed for Diffusers and/or accessories, we shall reduce the cost of one set already paid - which means you get the DESIGN, LAYOUT SKETCH & BILL OF MATERIALS absolutely FREE! Also, you can just PAY or BUY 4 sets of diffusers and get a SITE VISIT of our Executive. On placing the order for entire quantity of diffusers and accessories - the amount paid for 4 sets is adjusted - making not only the VISIT of our Executive FREE but also the DESIGN, LAYOUT SKETCH & BILL OF MATERIALS absolutely FREE! In any case - YOU PAY ONLY THE "OVERHEAD FREE" PRICE of Diffusers and/or Accessories.
