EHSAS

EHSAS, a fully non-profit organisation, is a small effort of Socially Awakened persons who have golden hearts filled with social concern, compassion and zeal to make some difference to the ecosystem. It is all about people who feel the pain and miseries of their brethren. It’s all about tenderness and caring. It’s an attempt to bring people together who care and wish to share.

The effort is small but definite. We wish to begin with baby steps and prepare for giant ones. The initial activity would be to seek support from like-minded people who have something to offer in terms of their energy, labour, commitment, time, moral support, and willingness to make a difference. EHSAS will also reach out to those also who though share our dream and vision, but are not able to contribute actively with time and efforts, although may be keen to contribute materials and financial support.

EHSAS will extend an arm to those in need and associate itself with like-minded group of individuals and agencies. It will synergise with similar bodies working to make a difference to our social, educational, economic, health, cultural environment.

The activities that we propose to focus on, to being with, are:

1. Rainwater Harvesting

2. Addressing COVID-19 related issues : providing employment to 15 tailor families through mask manufacturing, distributing monthly ration to deserving families, enabling distribution of masks and sanitisers at affordable costs etc.

3. Addressing Neighbourhood issues

4. Bringing government to the doorsteps of poor

5. Identify activities that are sustainable in terms of time and effort of members

6. Promoting Indian culture
