Starting a career can be challenging, with many uncertainties and a lack of practical skills posing significant hurdles. The Refrens Kickstart Internship Program is designed to address these challenges by providing a structured pathway for candidates. This program helps individuals identify their career interests, enhance their skills, and gain valuable insights into the real business world. Program Details

• Duration:
  • 18 months for S.Y students
  • 12 months for T.Y students
    
• Eligibility: Open to 2nd & 3rd-year students from any stream
  
• Remuneration: Stipend of INR 2 Lakhs with potential full-time placement based on performance
  
• Timings: 1 PM – 7 PM (Flexible 6 hours in the office)
  
• Location: Althan, Surat

• Currently enrolled in a full-time academic program at a recognized university or graduated from one.
