Lex Hygiene Ltd was formed on the 16th of October 2016 by managing director John Owens, an already accomplished business owner who had sold his previous companies.

With significant traction for his business in the UK and a vision for working in the Indian Sector, John launched the business in India in the year 2018 by the name LHI IMPEX PVT LTD and started operating from the Capital of India, New Delhi.
