We will schedule a call with one of our advisors and gather your requirements and advise on one of the 50 states based on our discussion. 2. You will submit the duly filled up simplified information sheet that we send to you after the call along with a copy of your national ID proof (DL, PAN, passport, Aadhar) 3. Upon receipt of same, our US office will file it with specific state's DOS and follow up to ensure everything is in order and we receive Articles of Incorporation from the government (takes about 3-5 business days). Your physical address will be mentioned on these documents. 4. Along with the above documents, we send you the duly filled out SS4 form for your company which needs to be duly dated and signed by you. 5. Upon receipt of application, it is sent out to relevant department for getting Employer ID for your company (takes about 2-3 days) 6.
