Solution/ Tool Development

I developed a network optimization tool in R and RShiny. I developed the code in R, added new business logic blocks from personal client experience and wrote part of a GUI in R Shiny as a team initiative. Also, designed a statistical solution for a client problem. I used advanced prediction engines like Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization

Tool .exe package creation

i built a custom tool packaging solution using batch script jobs that enabled us to deploy our tool to 50 client machines simultaneously as opposed to spending 4-5 business days per machine. The only closest solution that exists in the market is Docker!

Automation of Daily Reports

I automated most of our weekly reports using Alteryx thereby saving one entire day per week. The reports were generated by Alteryx and received in the team's inbox before start of the day. I also built a rudimentary algorithm which gave us the likeliest prompts about the items we would have highlighted in the report after manual study with a high degree of success.

I built a Sales and Marketing dashboard using Anaplan for FRHI global headquartered in Toronto. They wanted to compile the sales and marketing data for all of their hotels worldwide and it was made possible through our Anaplan dashboard

Conjoint Analysis for best Attribute Mix

I performed a conjoint analysis for Just Energy to help them launch a new product mix in the market. They wanted to identify the best possible combination of services and packages. We conducted a survey of 2000 consumers and used the data to prepare a detailed report

Hotel Audits

I audited new hotels for quality before being inducted to the OYO brand. I would personally visit the properties and inspect all areas and all rooms for items as large as availability of beds and chairs to items as small as a socket plug next to the bed.

I built a 10 day training (40 sessions total) content from scratch for our client employees on the topic of Customer Value Management. I researched for a month before building a comprehensive training that included presentations, videos, quizzes, assignments and tests. It was conducted over a span of 6 months for 3 classes of 40 employees each across the globe
