INVESTIGATION & ENFORCEMENT ACTION

We were bought into the case by our client Ms P, The client had a dispute with a company trading in the local area that she had paid a deposit for work to be completed on her rear garden. The deposit was paid but no work was done, Staffordshire Advice Service came on to the case and advised the client through the CCJ process and on 21/03/2022 Ms P & Our legal team passed the CCJ to Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited for further enforcement action to recover our clients and our costs.

We are able to act as an independent party in any company and or personal dispute where mediation would or could resolve the matter out of legal action and or collections activity.

CCJ & Enforcement Action

If you are owed money by a company or person, come and speak to one of our trained case handlers and investigators and we will promise to obtain a CCJ for your case and have the matter transferred up to the appropriate level to allow enforcement action if no payment is made.
