Project Overview: We partnered with The Classy Code, an online software training institute, to build a custom Learning Management System (LMS) on WordPress. The goal was to provide a user-friendly platform for delivering online courses, managing student enrollments, and improving the overall learning experience. What We Did: Custom WordPress LMS Development**: We designed and developed a bespoke LMS using WordPress, aligning it with The Classy Code's curriculum and operational needs. This included creating modules for course creation, student management, and progress tracking. Integration of Interactive Features**: To enhance engagement, we integrated features such as quizzes, assignments, and discussion forums, fostering a more interactive and collaborative learning environment. Responsive Design**: Our team ensured the platform was fully responsive, allowing students to access courses seamlessly from desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Payment Gateway Integration**: We implemented secure payment gateways within WordPress, enabling smooth transactions for course enrollments and payments directly through the platform. Training and Ongoing Support**: After launch, we provided training to The Classy Code's team on how to manage the WordPress-based LMS and offered ongoing support to address any technical issues or future enhancements. This WordPress-based LMS significantly streamlined The Classy Code's online training operations, delivering an enhanced learning experience for their students.

About the Client: Taxmate is a tax consulting business that needed a custom solution to streamline their operations and client interactions, similar to leading platforms like Zoho Books and QuickBooks. Client Requirements and Expectations: Taxmate required a CRM + Accounting application that could handle client management, lead tracking, estimates, invoicing, and payment integration. The solution had to offer the same ease of use and functionality as Zoho Books or QuickBooks, but with a custom-built approach tailored specifically to their needs. Description of Work Done: We built a custom CRM + Accounting web application for Taxmate using Bubble.io, a powerful no-code platform. Key features include: Client and Lead Management**: Tracking leads from inquiry to project completion, managing client records, and assigning team members to specific leads. Estimates and Invoicing**: Automated generation of estimates and invoices, PDF exports, integration with Razorpay for payment links, and real-time payment tracking. Document Management**: Secure storage of service-related documents accessible to clients via their dashboard. Reporting and Analytics**: A reporting module offering insights into client data, project status, and financial performance, similar to industry-standard platforms. User Roles and Permissions**: Implementation of role-based access control for team members and admins, ensuring secure access to relevant data. Responsive Design**: The application was designed to be fully responsive, providing seamless access across desktop and mobile devices. This Bubble.io-based application provides functionality comparable to Zoho Books and QuickBooks, but tailored to the specific requirements of Taxmate, significantly streamlining their operations and enhancing client interaction.
