About the Client:
Taxmate is a tax consulting business that needed a custom solution to streamline their operations and client interactions, similar to leading platforms like Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
Client Requirements and Expectations:
Taxmate required a CRM + Accounting application that could handle client management, lead tracking, estimates, invoicing, and payment integration. The solution had to offer the same ease of use and functionality as Zoho Books or QuickBooks, but with a custom-built approach tailored specifically to their needs.
Description of Work Done:
We built a custom CRM + Accounting web application for Taxmate using Bubble.io, a powerful no-code platform. Key features include:
Client and Lead Management**: Tracking leads from inquiry to project completion, managing client records, and assigning team members to specific leads.
Estimates and Invoicing**: Automated generation of estimates and invoices, PDF exports, integration with Razorpay for payment links, and real-time payment tracking.
Document Management**: Secure storage of service-related documents accessible to clients via their dashboard.
Reporting and Analytics**: A reporting module offering insights into client data, project status, and financial performance, similar to industry-standard platforms.
User Roles and Permissions**: Implementation of role-based access control for team members and admins, ensuring secure access to relevant data.
Responsive Design**: The application was designed to be fully responsive, providing seamless access across desktop and mobile devices.
This Bubble.io-based application provides functionality comparable to Zoho Books and QuickBooks, but tailored to the specific requirements of Taxmate, significantly streamlining their operations and enhancing client interaction.
