Complete automation of e-commerce shipping, invoicing, reconciliation

The process of selling, shipping, generating purchase orders and invoices was completely manual before Vrbotz came in. We automated the entire process from shipping to reconciliation - work being done by 8 people was effective done by software bots, and 1 person as administrator. This led to increased efficiency and higher revenues - the team was re-deployed to do additional sales.

Automation of finance, student grades, HR operations and daily-metrics

Automated operations in finance to provide daily visibility of payments, leads and transactions. Most student data for course enrollment and grades was automated to run on a daily basis, saving multiple people significant manual effort. HR operations was also automated to help with processing payroll, leaves etc. Finance reconciliation was automated to save over a week during the end of the month.
